Upper-Secondary Requirement (Main)
- Successful completion of upper-secondary or senior high school education is required; the preparatory course does not replace the prior education needed for future degree admission
- Bangladeshi applicants should submit SSC and HSC or equivalent certificates with transcripts and certified English translations where required

The five-month Gateway stage is intended for applicants already at or above B2 English. Completing the course does not guarantee admission to General Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy or Medical Biotechnology; the selected degree programme’s separate requirements and admission assessment still apply.

Notes
- No external English-test minimum is set for entry to the preparatory system, but the one-semester Gateway stage is designed for applicants already at B2 or above.
- The 400 lessons combine Academic English, English for Specific Purposes and field-focused preparation; the course ends with an internationally recognised ECL examination and targets B2 plus sufficient subject knowledge.

Scholarships
No dedicated scholarship or tuition reduction is advertised for the self-financed five-month course. Any Stipendium Hungaricum or other non-degree funding must be checked against the live Bangladesh programme list and nomination rules; eligibility should not be assumed.

- Apply ASAP. The five-month course starts 1 January 2027 and closes 20 October 2026. Tuition is EUR 4,200, plus a non-refundable EUR 350 admission procedure fee and EUR 200 coursebook fee.
- The Gateway stage provides 400 lessons in academic and medical English plus field-specific preparation for General Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy or Medical Biotechnology; placement into this route is assessment-based.
- Bangladesh: pay all invoiced fees by bank transfer, include the Applicant ID and send proof of payment. ISC issues the visa-use acceptance document after payment confirmation; immigration decisions remain authority-controlled.
