    Disclaimer

This Disclaimer explains important limitations and responsibilities that apply when you use the UnivEase website, request information, or engage any UnivEase service.

UnivEase provides professional consultation, procedural guidance, document readiness support, and coordination assistance. Final decisions, requirements, timelines, fees, and outcomes remain under the control of the relevant Authorities, institutions, and third-party service providers.

Please read this Disclaimer together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy before using our website or engaging UnivEase for any service.

    Effective: January 1, 2026

    01

    Purpose of This Disclaimer

This Disclaimer applies to the UnivEase website, online content, service information, consultations, written guidance, application support, document support, and related communications provided by M/S UnivEase Education & Visa Solutions ("UnivEase", "we", "us", or "our").

It is intended to clarify the boundaries of our role, the limitations of website information, and the responsibilities of applicants, students, travellers, professionals, sponsors, agents, representatives, and other persons using or requesting UnivEase services.

    02

    Consultancy and Procedural Guidance Only

UnivEase provides consultancy, procedural guidance, document readiness support, and coordination assistance based on publicly available rules, stated requirements, professional experience, and the information and documents provided to us.

Our services may include admission counselling, visa consultancy, cross-country visa coordination, in-country visa support, e-visa assistance, document legalization support, document review, form assistance, appointment guidance, logistics coordination, and related support services, depending on the confirmed Service Order.

UnivEase does not act as an embassy, consulate, university, immigration authority, visa application centre, government authority, court, regulator, or legal representative.

    03

No Government, Embassy, or Authority Affiliation

UnivEase is an independent education and visa consultancy service provider. Unless expressly stated in writing, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, appointed by, or formally connected with any embassy, consulate, immigration authority, visa application centre, government department, or public authority.

UnivEase may have professional relationships or partnership arrangements with selected universities, institutions, or service providers. Any such relationship is limited to the relevant service arrangement and does not make UnivEase a government, embassy, immigration, or decision-making authority.

References to embassies, consulates, VFS, BLS, TLS, universities, immigration authorities, ministries, or other third-party entities are made only for informational, procedural, or service-related purposes.

    04

No Guarantee of Admission, Visa, or Other Outcome

UnivEase does not guarantee admission approval, visa approval, scholarship award, appointment availability, document acceptance, processing time, visa validity, number of entries, interview outcome, legalization outcome, or any other result controlled by an Authority, institution, or third-party service provider.

Any guidance, checklist, review, preparation, submission support, or follow-up provided by UnivEase is intended to improve procedural readiness and documentation quality. It does not create any assurance of a favourable decision.

No fee, Service Order, consultation, marketing message, success story, case example, professional relationship, partnership arrangement, or communication from UnivEase should be understood as a guarantee of outcome.

    05

    Third-Party Authority Decisions and Dependencies

Admission, visa, immigration, legalization, document processing, courier, payment, and appointment-related matters often depend on third-party Authorities and service providers. These parties may control requirements, fees, timelines, interview decisions, background checks, verification processes, appointment systems, submission rules, and final outcomes.

UnivEase is not responsible for delays, refusals, rejections, missed appointments, system errors, payment issues, courier delays, policy changes, or decisions made by Authorities, institutions, visa application centres, universities, banks, payment gateways, couriers, translators, notaries, logistics providers, or other third parties outside our reasonable control.

    06

    Accuracy and Changes in Information

UnivEase makes reasonable efforts to keep website content, service descriptions, checklists, fee guidance, timelines, and procedural information accurate and up to date. However, visa rules, admission requirements, fees, forms, appointment systems, document rules, submission channels, and processing timelines may change without prior notice.

Website content and general guidance should not be treated as a final or complete instruction for any specific case. Applicants should always follow the latest requirements issued by the relevant Authority, institution, or official service provider.

UnivEase is not liable for loss, delay, missed deadline, refusal, rejection, additional cost, or inconvenience arising from changes in third-party rules, outdated public information, or reliance on general website content without case-specific assessment.

    07

    Applicant and User Responsibility

You are responsible for providing truthful, complete, accurate, and up-to-date information and documents. You are also responsible for reviewing and approving forms, letters, declarations, application materials, and submitted information before use or submission.

Providing false, forged, altered, misleading, incomplete, or inconsistent information may result in refusal, cancellation, investigation, service termination, loss of fees, or other consequences determined by the relevant Authority or institution. UnivEase is not responsible for consequences arising from information or documents provided by you or on your behalf.

    09

    Fees, Third-Party Fees, and Refunds

Service Fees paid to UnivEase relate to our professional time, consultation, procedural guidance, document review, preparation, coordination, and service work. Third-Party Fees are separate and may include embassy fees, visa application centre fees, university fees, courier charges, translation fees, notarization fees, attestation fees, bank charges, payment gateway charges, insurance fees, and similar external costs.

Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable Service Order, Terms & Conditions, and Refund Policy. A negative visa or admission outcome, appointment unavailability, third-party delay, policy change, or longer-than-expected processing time does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

    10

    Documents, Originals, Passports, and Logistics

Where a Service Order involves document handling, original document handling, passport handling, courier coordination, or cross-country dispatch, UnivEase will exercise reasonable care while items are in its custody.

Where passport movement or cross-country dispatch requires permission from a competent authority, such as the Ministry of Home Affairs, the decision, timeline, requirements, and approval remain outside UnivEase's control.

Once any item is handed over to a courier, logistics provider, or third-party service provider, transit risk and custody are subject to that provider's terms, procedures, and liability limits.

    12

Testimonials, Case Examples, and Success Stories

Testimonials, reviews, case examples, success stories, statistics, or service experiences shown on the UnivEase website or marketing materials are provided for general information and illustration only.

They reflect specific circumstances and should not be treated as a promise, guarantee, prediction, or assurance that another applicant will receive the same or similar result.

    13

    Website Content and Intellectual Property

All website content, service descriptions, checklists, templates, written guidance, process notes, graphics, brand materials, and related content published or provided by UnivEase remain the intellectual property of UnivEase.

You may use them only for personal information and service enquiry purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, resell, commercially use, or create derivative works from such materials without prior written permission from UnivEase.

    14

    Communications

By submitting an enquiry, requesting information, placing a Service Order, making payment, or using any UnivEase service, you acknowledge that UnivEase may communicate with you through official communication channels, including phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, website forms, and other recorded or written methods.

Operational and case-related communications are necessary for service delivery. You may withdraw optional marketing consent without affecting an active service, subject to the communication needed for your case.

    15

    Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnivEase is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including missed travel dates, missed academic intakes, missed deadlines, lost profits, opportunity costs, emotional distress, reputational loss, or losses caused by third-party delay, decision, system issue, or service failure.

Any liability relating to UnivEase services is subject to the limitations stated in the applicable Terms & Conditions and Service Order.

    16

Force Majeure and Events Beyond Our Control

UnivEase is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, strikes, political unrest, war, pandemic, government restriction, embassy closure, system outage, internet failure, payment gateway failure, courier disruption, or similar events.

In such cases, services may be paused, rescheduled, delayed, or adjusted according to the circumstances and the rules of the relevant third party.

    17

    Relationship with Other Policies

This Disclaimer should be read together with the UnivEase Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any applicable Service Order. If there is a conflict between this Disclaimer and a signed or confirmed Service Order, the Service Order will apply only to the specific point of conflict.

    18

    Updates to This Disclaimer

UnivEase may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The latest version may be published on this page or communicated through official UnivEase channels. Continued use of the website or services after an update is published or communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
