Academic Requirements
Fully Recognised Bachelor’s Backgrounds (Main)
- A recognised Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Gardening and Landscape Engineering is fully accepted for credit recognition
- Bangladeshi Bachelor’s qualifications are assessed for equivalence, academic level and relevant undergraduate credit coverage

Scholarships
No programme-specific award is guaranteed. Government and University scholarship calls may be available when open. From the second year, eligible full-time non-medical students with a 4.0 average or higher in each of the previous two consecutive semesters may apply for a tuition reduction of up to 20%.

- Apply ASAP. Current January/February deadline: 1 November 2026; the regular deadlines are 15 June and 15 November. Tuition is USD 8,000/year, plus USD 150 application and USD 350 entrance fees.
- The 120 ECTS course covers GIS, urban sociology, transport and regional planning, infrastructure, environmental protection, real estate, municipal administration, waste management and built heritage, with a four-week field practice.
- Bangladesh: maximum four-year study gap and 1.5 years’ tuition, currently USD 12,000, before visa-supporting documents. Admission, scholarship and visa decisions remain authority-controlled.
