- A recognised Level 8 honours Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2.2 classification in a business-related discipline
- A degree may also qualify where at least 50% of the curriculum covers business subjects such as management, marketing, accounting, finance or economics

- The 90-ECTS course covers strategy, future-focused HRM, customer experience, analytics, transformation, innovation, sustainability and decision-making, followed by a 30-ECTS work-based project.
