Bachelor’s Degree Requirement (Main)
- A first- or second-class Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent recognised qualification, is accepted from any field of study

- IBS requires C1-level English for Master’s entry and a compulsory Orientation Interview. The University does not publish separate minimum IELTS scores for individual bands.
- The programme page lists TOEFL iBT 79 as an example equivalent, while the current central MSc requirements page lists 95; applicants relying on TOEFL should obtain written confirmation before applying.

Funding
Scholarships
Eligible applicants may seek the Budapest Master’s and MBA Scholarship, offering a 10–35% reduction from the first tuition payment based on academic results, higher English evidence and a motivation letter. IBS also advertises one 75% Dr Frances Robinson Scholarship per intake and a 25% alumni discount; all awards remain subject to eligibility, deadlines and approval.
