Academic Eligibility (Main)
- General UAS eligibility requires an overseas qualification that gives access to higher education in the awarding country; an eligible overseas higher-education degree can also provide eligibility.
- For the January 2027 certificates + online interview route, the qualifying degree must have been completed in one of Turku UAS’s listed countries.

Standardized Test Requirement
SAT or OMPT is not required for this route. Final selection is by online interview, with invitations and study places offered subject to limited availability.

Notes
- Turku UAS accepts IELTS Academic 6.0 band, PTE Academic 55 and TOEFL iBT 60 for tests taken before 21 January 2026, or 3.5 from that date. No separate IELTS minimum per band is published.
- Other accepted evidence includes Cambridge English Scale 169, TELC B2, Oxford ELLT 6.0, YKI English Grade 4 and specified English-medium qualifications from approved countries. Bangladesh-based English-medium study alone is not a published exemption.

Funding
Scholarships
Eligible fee-paying students starting in January 2026 or later can receive a EUR 1,000 first-year early-bird reduction by accepting the offer within 14 days and paying tuition within 30 days. A Finnish-language YKI scholarship/refund may also be available later under current Turku UAS rules.

- January 2027 ICT Separate Application options are Cyber-Physical Systems, Data Engineering and AI, and Software Engineering; select the correct Studyinfo option.
- Bangladesh-issued qualifications are outside this route’s country list; check the SAT/OMPT rolling route where suitable.
