- General UAS eligibility: a qualification completed outside Finland that provides access to higher education in the awarding country, or an eligible overseas higher-education degree
- This certificates + online interview route also requires the qualifying degree to have been completed in a country specifically listed by Turku UAS

Scholarships
Eligible students may receive a EUR 1,000 first-year early-bird discount by accepting the offer within 14 days and paying within 30 days. Tuition-paying degree students may also qualify for Finnish-language YKI-based scholarship refunds under current University rules.

Remarks & Additional Information
- Apply ASAP. The January 2027 separate application closes when places fill or on 15 August 2026 at the latest.
- Bangladesh-issued qualifications do not qualify for this certificates + online interview route; review the SAT/OMPT rolling admission instead.
- Tuition is EUR 12,000 per year; the eligible early-bird first-year payment is EUR 11,000.
- After admission, Bangladeshi students normally apply through Enter Finland and identify at VFS New Delhi. Migri requires EUR 9,600 first-year living funds plus unpaid tuition and insurance; decisions remain authority-controlled.
