School-Leaving Requirement (Main)
- A foreign upper-secondary qualification must meet Karelia's country-specific Rolling Admission criteria; SAT is also an accepted selection route.
- Upload the required certificates and academic records with the application; documents not in English, Finnish or Swedish require an authorised translation.

- Certificate-based applicants may use IELTS Academic 6.0 band with Speaking 5.5 band, PTE Academic 55 with Speaking 50, or TOEFL iBT 60 with Speaking 20; for tests from 21 January 2026, TOEFL minimum is 3.5 overall and Speaking.
- Other accepted evidence includes Cambridge 169, TELC B2, Oxford ELLT 6.0 with Speaking 5.5, YKI Grade 4 and specified English-medium qualifications from approved countries.
Waiver: Separate English certificate is not required.
Funding
Scholarships
Industrial Management tuition is EUR 9,000 per year. Eligible first-year students receive a 20% Early Bird price of EUR 7,200 by accepting the offer within 7 days and paying within 20 days. Later Bachelor scholarships can equal 30%, 20% and 10% of annual tuition, subject to Karelia’s current study-progress and Finnish-language conditions.

- Bangladesh HSC: GPA 4.0/5.0 plus Mathematics, Higher Mathematics or ICT at 4.0/5.0 or above. SAT 400 EBRW + 400 Math is an alternative.
- The 240-ECTS degree combines technology, business and management, focusing on intelligent production, automation, Lean, robotics, quality, data analysis and project leadership.
