    Bachelor’s Requirement (Main)

    • A minimum 2.2 honours degree at NFQ Level 8 in Computing Science, a 2.2 Higher Diploma in Computing, a related discipline or an accepted international equivalent
    • Griffith College does not publish a fixed Bangladesh grade conversion for this programme; International Admissions confirms equivalence to the Irish 2.2 standard case by case

    Eligible non-EU applicants may be considered for the limited Griffith Global Excellence Scholarship, offering a 50% tuition reduction when an intake-specific round is open.

    Remarks & Additional Information

    • September study lasts 1 year, while February entry extends to 1.5 years.
    • Current non-EU tuition is €16,000. Additional charges include €200 annual student services, a 2% learner protection charge and a €200 QQI award fee. September starters pay €250 administration; February starters pay €125 in February and €250 the following September.
    • The course covers data mining and machine learning, mobile development, parallel and distributed programming, deep learning and generative AI, agile development, cybersecurity, cloud platforms and research methods.
    • Students complete a dissertation or dissertation by practice. A Postgraduate Diploma exit option is available after the taught stages. Griffith controls admission; Irish authorities control visa and immigration decisions.
