School-Leaving and Portfolio Requirements
- An international school-leaving qualification equivalent to two H5 and four O6/H7 grades, including a language and either Art, Mathematics or Design and Communication Graphics
- A digital general art and design portfolio is compulsory and should demonstrate creativity, observational drawing and developed project work
- Griffith College does not publish a fixed Bangladesh HSC, Alim or Intermediate percentage; academic equivalence is confirmed case by case by International Admissions

- TOEFL note: Griffith College’s current table uses the revised 1–6 scale introduced in January 2026. Applicants presenting an older 0–120 result should confirm the accepted equivalent.

Funding
Scholarships
Eligible non-EU applicants may be considered for Griffith College international scholarships and bursaries. The limited Griffith Global Excellence Scholarship can provide a 50% tuition reduction when open, subject to academic merit, English results, programme eligibility and intake-specific deadlines.

Remarks & Additional Information
- Griffith advises visa-required applicants to apply at least three months before commencement; ASAP is used on the website to support early processing.
- Non-EU tuition is €13,500 per year, plus €200 annual student services, €250 academic administration, a 2% learner protection charge and a €200 final-year QQI award fee. Equipment, materials and printing may cost about €500 extra.
- The programme is assessed entirely through continuous coursework. Study covers typography, illustration, branding, photography, web and interaction design, UX, motion graphics, marketing and entrepreneurship, supported by live briefs and professional portfolio development.
- Applicants should submit passport details, school certificates and transcripts, English evidence and the required digital portfolio. Griffith College controls admission and scholarships; Irish authorities control visa and immigration decisions.
