Academic Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Requirement (Main)
- A completed Bachelor’s degree is required in a listed relevant field, including Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Physics, Business Analytics, Management Science, Finance, Statistics, Machine Learning, AI or Computer Science
- The degree must equal at least three years / 180 ECTS of full-time study and provide eligibility for university-level Master’s study in the awarding country

Applications are processed in arrival order. Only the first 10 complete applications meeting every January rolling-admission criterion can be admitted.
Tests
Standardized Test Requirement
GMAT or GRE is mandatory for every applicant. Minimum: GMAT Focus 645, GMAT 10th Edition 700, or GRE 163 Verbal / 164 Quantitative. Official scores must reach Aalto before application submission.

Notes
- Aalto accepts only its published English proofs. IELTS Academic 6.5 with writing 6.0 is the clearest benchmark; no separate minimum is set for the other IELTS bands.
- TOEFL 92 / writing 22 applies to tests taken before 21 January 2026. Applicants using the newer TOEFL scale should recheck the January rolling-admission page before submitting, as its intake-specific update is still pending.

Funding
Scholarships
Aalto University does not offer scholarships to students selected through the January rolling admission for Business Analytics. Bangladeshi fee-paying applicants should plan for the full EUR 15,000 annual tuition plus living costs; the Aalto Excellence Scholarship offered in other admission rounds is not available for this intake.

- Apply ASAP. Tuition is EUR 15,000 per year and the statutory application fee is EUR 100. No Aalto scholarship is available in this rolling intake.
- A completed relevant Bachelor’s degree, 3.50 / 5.00 ECTS-scale GPA and the higher rolling-admission GMAT/GRE threshold are mandatory; incomplete applications are rejected.
- Admitted Bangladeshi applicants must meet Aalto’s MOFA-certified document deadline and Finland study-permit requirements, including living funds, unpaid tuition where applicable and insurance; authority decisions remain independent.
