Step 6
UKVI Assesses the Application
UKVI reviews the application and may request further evidence or verification.

Common Rejection Pitfalls
The applicant is not shown as a genuine temporary visitor
How UnivEase helps
We help organise the tourism purpose, personal circumstances and return-related evidence so the application presents a credible temporary visit rather than an intention to remain in the UK.

How UnivEase helps
We help review the proposed budget, available funds, income evidence and any unusual transactions so the financial position is explained clearly and consistently.
The tourism plan is vague, unrealistic or inconsistent
How UnivEase helps
We help align the itinerary, accommodation, travel dates and planned activities with the online form and the applicant's available time and funds.
Sponsor support or personal circumstances are poorly explained
How UnivEase helps
We help identify the relationship, funding and status evidence needed for third-party support and cross-check the wider application for avoidable inconsistencies.
