Process Roadmap
Step 1
Verify the Trusted Employer Sponsorship
Confirm that the South African entity is covered by a valid TES admission and can provide the Department of Home Affairs confirmation required for the application.

Establish the Intra-Group Transfer Basis
Confirm the branch, subsidiary, or affiliate relationship and the applicant’s minimum six-month employment with the foreign company before the transfer.

Complete the TES Application Correctly
Use the prescribed TES online process and keep the applicant, employer, position, assignment period, and company details consistent with the supporting records.
