    Process Roadmap

    Step 1

    Confirm the Business Meeting Purpose

Confirm whether the visit if for a temporary business visit such as meetings, company engagements, or trade fairs. The visit is generally limited to 90 days and should not be presented as regular employment in South Africa.

    Step 2

    Complete DHA-84 Carefully

Complete Form 11 (DHA-84) in black ink and block letters, sign it consistently with the passport, and check that the travel purpose, dates, address and funding details match the supporting documents.

    Step 3

    Align the Business Letters

Obtain the South African invitation and the employer/company introduction letter. Both should clearly identify the applicant and present the same business purpose, duration, host details and cost responsibility.

    Step 4

Prepare Funds, Travel & Stay Evidence

Arrange the required bank evidence together with flight reservation, accommodation, funding records, and any residence or minor-applicant documents relevant to the case.

    Step 5

Prepare for VFS New Delhi Submission

Bangladeshi applicants must submit their South Africa visa applications through VFS Global New Delhi, under the jurisdiction of the South African High Commission in New Delhi.

    Step 6

Pay Fees & Submit the Application

A prior appointment is currently not required. Submit the complete file at VFS, pay visa fee and VFS service charges through the prescribed process.

    Step 7

Track the Case & Prepare for Travel

Follow available VFS updates and, if approved, check the visa conditions and complete any post-grant workforce or registration obligations within the prescribed period.
